This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how NaoHaco (referred to as "NaoHaco" throughout this Policy) handles user information in its mobile application "FULL COMBO TRIAL" (the "App").

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information stored locally on your device (not transmitted externally)

  • Video files imported by the user
  • Practice section information configured for each video
  • Tap history (recorded practice data)
  • App settings (volume, metronome, sound effect selection, display settings, etc.)
  • Custom sound effect files added by the user
  • Age category flag (13 or older / under 13)

3.2 Information collected automatically by the advertising SDK (Google AdMob)

  • Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) — for users 13 or older only
  • IP address
  • Device information (OS, device model, language settings, etc.)
  • Approximate location (inferred from IP address)
  • Ad impression and click event information

4. How We Collect Information

  • Information in §3.1 is generated when you import videos, change settings, tap the screen, and perform other actions within the App
  • The age category flag in §3.1 is selected by you in the age gate shown on the App's first launch
  • Information in §3.2 is collected automatically by the Google AdMob SDK for ad delivery

5. How We Use Information

  • §3.1 information: Providing App functionality (video playback, looping, tap practice, switching ad delivery mode based on age)
  • §3.2 information: Ad delivery, ad performance measurement, fraud prevention, and ad personalization for users 13 or older (only when ATT permission is granted)

NaoHaco does not use information for purposes of identifying or analyzing individual users. NaoHaco only accesses aggregated statistics available in the AdMob dashboard.

7. Advertising Identifier and Opt-Out

7.1 Users 13 or older

  • iOS: An App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt is displayed on first launch. Select "Ask App Not to Track" to decline the use of the advertising identifier. You can also change this later in "Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking"
  • Android: You can reset your Advertising ID or select "Delete advertising ID" under "Settings > Google > Ads"
  • In either case, ads will still be shown, but will not be personalized based on your interests

7.2 Users under 13

  • The tag_for_child_directed_treatment and tag_for_under_age_of_consent flags are passed to AdMob, and no tracking or behavioral targeting using the advertising identifier is performed
  • Only contextual ads (based on page content) are shown

7.3 Changing your age category

Your age category is set only once, at the App's first launch. To change your age category afterward, please uninstall and reinstall the App. After reinstallation, the same age gate as the initial launch will be displayed.

8. Data Storage and Retention

  • §3.1 information: Stored in the App's private storage on your device. All such information is deleted when you uninstall the App
  • §3.2 information: Stored on servers operated by Google LLC and handled according to Google's data retention policies

9. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for all ages, including children under 13.

  • An age gate is displayed on first launch, asking the user to select "13 or older" or "under 13"
  • For users who select "under 13," NaoHaco enables AdMob's child-directed treatment flag and does not perform tracking or behavioral targeting using the advertising identifier
  • NaoHaco does not transmit any personal information collected from children, including their age category, to external parties
  • The age category is stored only on the user's device and is not accessible to NaoHaco
  • The age category is set only once, at the App's first launch. To change it, please uninstall and reinstall the App
  • Uninstalling the App will delete all data, including the age category
  • The App is designed to comply with the safe harbor provisions of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, U.S.)

10. Security

NaoHaco implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user information. However, no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

11. International Data Transfers

Information collected via AdMob may be processed by Google LLC in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. Google implements appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, for international data transfers.

12.1 Users in Japan (Act on the Protection of Personal Information)

You have the right to request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your personal information held by NaoHaco. Please contact contact@naohaco.com to exercise these rights.

12.2 Users in the EU/UK (GDPR)

You have the following rights: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object, and right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 12.3 California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the following rights: right to know what personal information is collected, right to deletion, right to opt out of sale or sharing, and right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. Please contact contact@naohaco.com to exercise these rights.

13. Changes to This Policy

NaoHaco may revise this Policy from time to time due to changes in law, changes in App functionality, or other reasons. When revised, NaoHaco will update the effective date at the top of this page, and for material changes, NaoHaco will provide notice via the App or the store listing. Your continued use of the App after any revision constitutes your agreement to the revised Policy.
